Confirming Reservations
: upon inquiry we will confirm availability. You can e-mail us, fax us,
call us or simply send us a post card (well in advance) or let
your travel agency involved. Your e-mail inquiries will be answered within
24 hours maximum. You will be asked up on confirmation to
secure your reservation either by filling our credit card form
or sending travellers cheques to our address or by money wire.
A minumum 50% deposit is required after confirmation
Only our
written confirmation is valid to claim your reservation.
Cancellation : Once booked
and confirmed by us, cancellations upto 1 month prior to arrival date we
only charge communication and other costs if accured and
reemburse you fully. 2 weeks prior your arrival date we charge
half the total amount of stay (min. 1 day if booked only a day),
Prior 1 week to 2 days min. 2 nights no-show to be charged. If
you cancell or simply not show up we will charge you fully for
entire stay.If we have had to turn away potential guests due to a booking that
is later cancelled, our cancellation policy applies. Our flexibility on
cancellations is to allow for extenuating circumstances, which will be
dealt with reasonably on a case-by-case basis. If there is a cancellation,
please let us know early so that we may minimise any charge to
you. In any case hotel reserves the right to charge a no-show if cases
above accured.
Christmas,

( we have facility to take shower and store luggage for late
c-outs )
Early check in - Early check-in and late check-out - by
prior arrangement is possible. We generally accommodate early check in
guests if rooms are available. Otherwise, we make you very comfortable by
welcoming you to the hotel, providing the use of a bathroom, checking in
your baggage, advising you on things to do and see for the day and giving
you a hearty breakfast. There is a nominal small charge per person for
this early check-in service if breakfast taken.
Late Check In - Our front desk
is open till 24:00 pm. After this time we have a special self check in facility
available. Arrangements must be made beforehand to utilise this late
check in facility.
